Four Steps From Application
to Your First Client
Pre-Application
Complete a short pre-application on our contact page: basic information and a brief background questionnaire. Your Social Security Number is never collected on this form.
Discovery Call
Within one business day, you will receive a link to schedule a call with Patrick to talk goals, expectations, and fit, in both directions.
Full Application
If it is a fit, you will get access to a secure portal to complete the full application with Biz To Biz Insurance Solutions.
Licensing & Onboarding
Get licensed, get trained, and get to work with support from a team that wants you to win.
Before You Apply
Have These Three Things Ready
- Your personal and contact information. Name, address, email, and phone.
- Your National Producer Number, if you have one. Already licensed? Great. Not licensed yet? That is fine too; this field is optional.
- Honest answers to the background questions. The questionnaire covers standard industry topics such as licensing history, criminal convictions, and bankruptcies. Honesty up front keeps the process fast.

- Compensation: No compensation is paid for recruiting. All compensation is earned exclusively through commissions or referral fees on sales of products and services to the general public.
- Independent contractor status: Associates are engaged as independent contractors, not employees, of Emberstone Capital, LLC and Biz To Biz Insurance Solutions.
- Geographic restrictions: Applications cannot be accepted from residents of Guam, Maine, Minnesota, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
- Platform access: Approved associates receive access to the Biz To Biz Insurance Connect platform.
- Your data: Your Social Security Number is not collected on the pre-application. Sensitive information is entered only later, inside a secure portal. See our Privacy Policy for how your information is handled.
- No income guarantee: Success as an independent agent depends on your own effort. No income level is promised or implied.
