Emberstone Capital, LLC ("Emberstone Capital," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through emberstone-capital.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect information you voluntarily provide through the forms on our Site, which may include your name, email address, phone number, state of residence, and details about your insurance and financial goals (such as age range, mortgage balance range, income range, or savings range). If you apply to join our team, we also collect address information, an optional National Producer Number, and your answers to a background questionnaire. We do not collect Social Security Numbers through this Site.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used for security and site operation.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your requests, schedule strategy sessions, and provide quotes and reviews you asked for
  • To communicate with you by email, phone, or, only with your separate express consent, by text message
  • To process team pre-applications, including transmitting application information to Biz To Biz Insurance Solutions LLC at your direction and with your certification
  • To operate, secure, and improve the Site
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations

SMS Opt-In Data Sharing Policy

Emberstone Capital, LLC does not sell, rent, trade, or share your SMS opt-in data or phone number with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. This prohibition applies to all affiliates, partners, lead generation companies, and data brokers. The only permitted sharing of your phone number is with our contracted SMS platform provider, solely for the technical delivery of messages you have consented to receive.

3. Text Messaging Program

Text messaging consent is collected only through clearly labeled, unchecked checkboxes on our forms. Consent to receive text messages is optional and is never a condition of any purchase or service. We offer two separate consent types: marketing messages (product information, appointment scheduling, and financial strategy updates) and non-marketing messages (appointment confirmations, reminders, and service updates). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can get help by replying HELP. 4. Sharing of Information

We share personal information only in these limited circumstances:

  • Insurance carriers: with your knowledge, to obtain quotes or place coverage you request
  • Biz To Biz Insurance Solutions LLC: if you submit a team pre-application and certify the transfer
  • Service providers: such as our website host, email provider, and SMS platform provider, solely to deliver services on our behalf
  • Legal requirements: when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile phone number or SMS consent status with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes under any circumstances.

5. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, or as required by insurance regulations and other applicable law. Records of SMS consent and opt-out are retained as proof of compliance.

  • Email: you may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us
  • Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately
  • Access and correction: you may request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing patrick@emberstone-capital.com

8. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page.
